food was amazing & the service was good! will come here again, i will recommend this place to anyone visiting big sur

Great place! Friendly staff, specifically this guy, ugh I forgot his name! But he was so sweet to our baby! And the food was amazing! We are not from town, but we make the drive! They have outdoor seating and when the weather is perfect you can site out and smell the amazing smoke of the meat being smoked!

The food here tasted so great. I had the salad with the tri tip steak. it was grilled perfectly, the salad was fresh and very flavorful. the cornbread was the best I have had. my son's meal was two different types of meat that were just as good as my steak. We both enjoyed the meal. the price was very reasonable and tasted much more expensive then what we paid for it. Definitely a re-visit!

Everything perfect . It quite small but everthing accepted by the taste. And server was so nice

Wow! The brisket was the most tender, delicious beef I've ever had in my life! Awesome craft beer selection and really good blues music playing all day. Service was top notch making this a place I'll definitely be coming back to when I'm in Carmel.

We came around lunch time on a Saturday and it was not busy. We found parking right away since plenty of parking here. We order the combo plate of 4 meats and 3 sides. For the meat we got brisket, pulled pork, spicy sausage and burnt ends. The sides were mac and cheese, baked beans and garlic bread. The meats were flavorful and so were the sauces and the vinegar as well. The sides were good. You order when you walk in and then they call your name and you go to the counter to pick up your food. We will come back.

Decent BBQ! We had the 3 meat combo which consisted of tri-tip, brisket, burnt ends. Corn bread and a side of potato salad and Mac & cheese. Tri tip was juicy and chewed well! To be fair I'm not a lean brisket fan. I've cooked many myself by don't eat them. The brisket was good, stayed together and pulled apart good. Burnt ends were full of flavor, nice sauce and cooked well. We were out in the patio on a cold night so it didn't do the food much justice. Potato salad and Mac were good, it didn't stand out but it complemented the meal as a whole! The pickled salad with the jalapeños was a great addition to the plate. Owner was cool! He even turned the heat lamps on for us. I'll give them a shot again next time we're in town!

We were looking for some dinner at the Crossroads Shopping area. Saw a few spots and checked Yelp. Kept moving. Rolled up on Crossroad's BBQ. Checked Yelp and pulled in. Place is large enough and clean. Smoker cooking outside smelled great. My wife had a pulled pork sandwich with potato salad. I had burnt ends with bbq bean, potato salad and cornbread. They add this nice pickled onion and cucumber chips that are home made, very tasty. We both liked our food, A LOT! Pork was moist, potato salad had great flavor with some nice crunch to it. The beans had a great flavor with a slight zip to them. We have added Crossroads to our list of favorites in Carmel. This is straight up Great BBQ!!

Love it. Delicious bbq chicken. Yummy cherry pie. Excellent service. It's a hidden gem.

We enjoyed Crossroads BBQ enough to visit twice during Monterey Car Week. The posted menu's BBQ Meals (comes with two sides & choice of bread) only went up to four meats; upon hearing us debate on which meats to order, the friendly male cashier suggested a five-meat combo because why not?! You Only Live Once (or whatever the kids are saying these days.) Crunchy, candied burnt ends & tender tri tip were the clear winners, but the brisket, pork ribs, & hot link all held their own. Unfortunately, as with so many BBQ joints, the sides weren't executed as well as the meats; dull potato salad, mediocre beans, dry corn bread. The two BBQ sauces we tried were also just so-so, but the meats didn't necessarily need them, so a moot point. The next visit, we came in for the beef rib special. The female cashier, just as easy to talk to as the cool dude who rang us up previously, shocked us in the best way possible with the price: we already knew to skip the sides so we had three large, meaty beef ribs for a very reasonable $20 before tax. Lightly sauced (bf might've liked more drizzled on), not too sweet, & seasoned simply with S+P. Plenty of seating, five-star service, & flavorful meats. Looking forward to trying the BBQ Spud, garlic bread, & berry cobbler next time.
